THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Newly released games and software should be FLAWLESS! There is NO reason all issues shouldn't be addressed in beta testing, ESPECIALLY server load and accounting for differences in vast numbers of different hardware configurations and internet connections! I WANT A REFUND! It MUST be in cash, in unmarked, non-sequential bills, delivered on a fully fueled helicopter which will take me to an undisclosed location. The pilot's location with then be communicated after I am a safe distance away.

Dude, it's SATURDAY night! Probably the biggest play-time of all. WHY WOULD YOU BRING IT DOWN for patching? Whatever the problem was, it could probably have waited. This isn't an Ecommerce solution people, this is a game. Saturday night is the BIG DAY.

People have a right to complain because they pay for the product, and expect it to work. Played mmo's since day one of mmo's, This game is good, they are trying to do a lot of great things. Some dont understand how they can release the game with all the issues which should have been addressed long befor the game was released.

one thing that alot of people fail to understand with the release of MMOs in general is that the sheer scale of the player base brings to light problems/bugs/issues that aren't always apparent during beta weekends and other closed testing situations. there are also release deadlines to take into account, especially with the upcoming show premiere and since they wanted to do a coordinated release on all platforms 2 weeks before the show premiered there are going to be a few issues with the game as more and more people log in and require processing power from the servers. many of those complaining simply need to step away from their console/computer for awhile and find something else to do, living internally and on the net too much often makes small downtimes and upsets seem far more intense/important than they are. so, chill people, the game will be back up and issues will be worked out it's not the end of the world.

Learn how to read... It says on the first post how long servers will be down for but, i my opinion waiting double the time posted is far more effective then waiting what is said, cause the possibility of maintaince taking longer then predicted is still there so instead if they say 30 minutes come back an hour later, if they say an hour, 2 hours later, ETC
