It seems sometimes when i purchase 2 or more tier 4 lockboxes with bits that it does not give me any of the stuff in the boxes. And yes i have submitted a request to support. Also getting that darn timeout issue dashboarded to see if that would get me my stuff and nope just the server timeout message everybody has been getting.
it also happen if you were to use key+scrip to buy lock box. Happen to my bro.
