that's is strange their should be a nda because its still development and a lot could change they wouldnt want misinformation getting leaked, i wouldn't be saying to much just to be safe

I agree there would be an NDA for any beta testers but I doubt the game would see many substantial changes between now and launch.

If Rift is anything to judge by, the game will basically be finished and ready to play before they let most of the beta players in. It'll primarily be a PR exercise with some stress testing and tweaking in response to feedback.
