Arkfall noobs on PC as well?

I do notice something. None of you posters have bothered to explain to the 'noobs' just what the heck you are talking about. Maybe they just should trek thru the forums and hope to piece out info on how to play the game, what keys do what, methods for playing arkfalls etc...cause they certainly aren't getting any help here except for insults. Questions in game chat have shown to be either unanswered or ignored for the most part.

I cannot help cause I don't know either(yes - I am a noob). I figure to find some sort of guild and people that might be more interested in helping me than insulting me.

I would say the majority of players don't come to, or know anything about the forums. I would also argue that the forums are not the most friendly place to seek advice. How many times have you seen a poster get flamed for asking a question?

even if you go to main Defiance page there is a thread in their own forum about how to do Arkfalls and I know for a fact that many people have done guides for the game and explain it as well Red Arkfalls are Destroy the Crystal not the Skitterlings and the Blue Arkfalls are Destroy the Waves of Hellbugs, then you have the Mutant Arkfalls, Raider Arkfalls , and Scrapper Arkfalls. Yeah, Arkfalls are a complete change of strategy. You get really used to killing everything. Then you get to an Arkfall and suddenly you need to not kill certain mobs.

EGO really doesn't explain what's going on very well. I was totally screwing up till I read this thread and the linked thread on how to do Arkfalls correctly. Now that I know what's going on they are much more fun.

I think it's really Trion's fault that people don't understand these better. The instructions for them in game are really not there and what is there is more than a little confusing. They should have had better instructions that are in your face and hard to ignore.

I agree with this but also on top of all this people should take into account the fact that potentially a lot of these noobs are maybe playing 1-2 hours a day and barely into the game. I'm one of these noobs if you will who only plays for a short time if i do get the chance to play. So maybe before assuming they are all idiots and complete morons take into account that they may have lives outside of gaming. Such as family's and they put them first.

Im on Xbox and we seem to have a lot of noobs or "uneducated" people at arkfalls.. im curious if you guys do as well? such as killing the skitterlings and stuff? Im asking this because I made a thread that seemed to be very popular with our own community and I wanted to now if it could benefit yours as well?
