I would put your xbox 360 outside your routers DMZ if you are using a router. If your not I'm not sure what else it could be.

Is it the tutorial glich where the Cut scene doesn't happen at the end and u never warp to the main world? it happend to my first chars and it would d/c every time i tried to log in I had to delete it and remake.
yeah i already tried that and nottings working the severs are down but i dont think thats the reassson why
If the servers are down, you cannot play the game. Its an online game
