The past few days, it seems that the outfits have developed a bug. They no longer stay bound to the loadout that they are assigned. Instead, your current look just overrides the set outfit whenever you switch loadouts.

Nothing stays bound to a loadout except weapons and ego power, it always reverts the perk and outfits. I think its only there to stop me from selling or breaking down an item.
