Typical hot fix directed at a bit store error. How about fixing the issues related to the exchange i.e. fast port dissabling the exchange and the numerous player issues related to it. If this doesnt show exactly where the priorities lie with the devs i don't know what else I can say.
And one more thing....would it kill ya' to turn on an event or two to stave off the boredom? Geez!

* Fixed a bug that would not allow players who already owned the Street Samurai outfit to purchase the Black Market Operative Pack.
* Added 5k and 6k EGO rewards for a future grant to players. This grant will be performed on 5/23.
