I still think Exchange is good idea, using it has actually changed my mind about it, only downsides are the loss of scrip, loss of weapons, loss of trading time due to the pending item being stuck, no account history to be seen, and the before and after costs as well as the trading commission that Trion takes. Otherwise its a good idea... teething problems, but expensive teething problems this week, and I do hope that it is not the straw that breaks the camel's back for quite a few players. Trion, get house sorted out and quickly deal with those that have had losses, you need good Customer Service on this, and you know word of mouth counts for a lot, so put as a high priority dealing with those who have lost, or you may lose those paying customers.
