Ridiculous prices on Exchange?

I was able to get a T4 damage barrel for my shotgun for just under 17,000 scrip on the Exchange, which I considered quite reasonable. It either had no synergy, or one people don't care much about, like Stalker. Certainly I didn't care, since I don't remember.

Most of the weapons have been at very high prices, which I cannot evaluate, because I have no experience buying rare weapons. And I have seen some obvious jokes/trolls, such as weapons or mods priced at a billion scrip.

I would like to sell on the Exchange, but spending real cash to make scrip does not appeal to me.

I picked up a t4 blight bb with 2 t4 mods I needed for 300k. Bought it and broke it.

Price for an item right away. I am used to someone say make an offer first, then type LOL when I make offer, then have them tell me ridiculous price they want for their item.

I can tell most exchange posters are ftpers, as 90% of weapons modded improperly.

I'm laughing about this, people thought with an auction house/marketplace/exchange that the pricing of items would lower, but considering sellers have to buy seller slots then pay a scrip fee to list an item then pay a tax fee on sold item doesn't surprise me to see people listing at high prices...but even without the exchange people will continue to list high prices for their items and like the people who throw money at Trion foolishly, people will throw their scrip too at anyone selling something that they might want regardless of price. Doesn't matter what you want to call it or think of it....hell if Trion can list a bundle prices at 150 dollars...and that bundle is just some worthless virtual items...then don't be too upset that players will list items for some insanely high prices.

I think I'm due time prices will level out. Sure, everyone has freed in the game, everyone wants the best weapons. Some gun prices on PCNA are laughable (10m for a 900 ego Liberty eagle? With t3 mods?) in time I think prices will settle. I will say it's very nice to buy t4 mods off of, if people start using it, frees game chat up from people spamming (as I do sometimes) and makes it much easier than doing a full inventory post here. In the end, yes some prices are stupid, but some very reasonable.
