I can believe you, as you are a trustworthy person. However it's sad to see that as a response. Guess some people don't want to do their jobs every day.

I have never once received a response from a dev about an in game issue beyond submit a ticket to customer service

I've found that if I have an issue that warrants a reply from a dev I generally get one.
The last one in case was the outfit bug that prevented people wearing certain outfits couldn't get in game.
I've also had great responses from support.
Yes there's things that don't get done but on the whole im on the plus not the minus.
