it's nice how they can get your guns back (minus the hiccups from it being unmodded) but how about the people who made accidental purchases from the exchange and doesn't get their scrip back....

i know right,this sucks.a lot of people had the same problems,a friend tried to buy a frostbite and it ended up being 3 other weapons on his inventary

keep on waiting? my character is an irathian male and got locked out of the game for 2 weeks because their coding conflicted with what he was wearing (lots of others were locked out too). still waiting on that compensation they promised . . . in november . . .

Could have something to do with destro posting about compensation for ppl who bought patron during this fiasco? But you know what would be better than compensation? People getting their lost guns back with the same mods that were equipped to it instead of blank no syn mods, hell blank no syn t4s and t5s don't even drop in game anymore

Thanks destro, wasn't me it happened to, but happened to my clan leaders supernova but he just bought up more and to a friends st blast rifles t5s, I will pass this info along to both though, thanks again

That happened to my assault rifle mk i. It had a T4 cannoneer assault scope and a t4 Cannon ERR and when it was restored my my account, the 2 T4's were non synergy type. My stalking stuffer was full t4's in synergy and came back with non synergy t4's on it. Not too worried about that one tho as I have a ton of EP mods. I'll put a ticket in and point CS to this post. Back in the day when there was a major problem with a patch we would get a free boost weekend. I would like to see something like that for our troubles. That's an easy bit of compensation. It doesn't cost them much and it's simple to just turn on the boosts.

Sorry, but NO, I do not agree. Typical Liberal Entitlement Generation--always wanting something for nothing. The game is Capitalist, not Socialist geared--so play and earn it, otherwise--Give me and Trion a break--the Trion Team works hard to keep this game going and they don't need to put up with this kind of BOLOGNA.

I have stated in other posts that we will definitely be looking into some compensation for players who have been using the Exchange and have been having issues. Whether that will be patron, or a fun weekend of some sort, we do not know yet. Please understand that any compensation will be held after we get the game to a 100% stable state that we are happy with. Thanks again for all of your patience while we work hard to fix any and all issues!
