Can i tranfers my bought outfit and head gear?

So i used to play strictly on ps3. Ps3 recently started having problems. I thought it was dead. So i installed the game on my pc. Now i know i cant tranfer my toon or my other stuff. What about the outfit and headgear i bought in the defiance store? The stuff i bought with actual money? Sinced its not strictly connected to the ps3 would it be more likely?

No the items purchased on ps3 are not transferable between systems.

The reason is symantics:

You didn't purchase those virtual items with "actual money" if you purchased through PS3.

What you actually purchased was bits. You then traded those bits for the gear.

The purchase went through the psn store, so those "virtual bits" were linked to that specific account.
