How far do you want the transmedia thing to go?

I wouldn't mind a smart phone app that serves as a companion to the game. Maybe it can give you updates on current events in the game world, let you change your loadout while you're away, and show story links between the tv series and the game. I also would buy clothing based on the game and show costumes.

A smartphone app would be cool, maybe they could also do the authenticator ( if one is made for the game) through a phone app as well.

A convention where you take place in a Defiance themed paint ball game. Nothing like translating media into the live action participatory format. :P

That would be pretty sweet. Would love to see a paintball field with a post apocalyptic theme.

I feel that the transmedia interaction is a cool idea. Personaly I would like to watch the show and be able to play out the TV fights in game on thier locations.

Well, I'd like them to be able to make everything possible, and have something totally immersive. It'd be cool if they could integrate something into the real world through smart phones (maybe an app that will allow them to place things in the real-world to 'find' or something)

One thing I would like to see is a "Summery" novel for each season, a book that pulls from both the view of the player and the main actors and is the world view, the fact of the matter that is not biased to one side or the other, giving both players and TV fans to have a recap and be able to watch the tides and currents of the show, the plot twists and turns from a new preceptive.
