It is a NVF minor titled Neo Votanis Freebooters, don't remember seeing these before the patch.

Also, ennemies there drop sovereign weapons, got an smg and an ar.Both green rarity.Is this working as intented?

It wasn't score rewards, nor crystal wave rewards, those were good old synergies, but the dark matter ennemies there dropped those when i killed them.
