How to get Runner over 28m/s?

I was able to once my runners level was 6+. So just keep boosting away and eventually you will randomly get it while running a side mission.

I got mine while bumping with my runner into Karl van Bach at a main mission.. I flew backwards very fast

Go down a mountain, boost. You will clock out.

Also holding shift and going downhill will make it easier.

Level up your runner skill is the easiest way and try boosting down mountains or steep hills. You'll get it eventually. I usually get it around Runner Level 2 or 3.

Ya iv done all that and im Runner 9 :| Nada so far. Will keep trying I guess.

i got this without trying randomly in shadow war. im runner 5 i believe. i would have to hazard a guess and say going down hill maybe?

Bounce off something. I got all the speed achievements that way, because it will propel you backwards very, very fast.

I thought you could do this by simply boosting while going downhill on a paved road with a Hannibal?
