Same here. I have linked the console to the website but I've unlocked a dozen or so codes and haven't received the in game content?
It might be that the info is not synced immediately. There might be a delay. Have you tried logging off the game client and checking if it's updated? How long is it since you last saw it update?
Missing rewards is a known issue and is being looked into.

I thought the same thing because the website doesn't show anything under player HUB. But, if you go to the "Defiance Store" in game, then down to "Claim Items" you will have all the rewards from the website. Hope this helps.
If your character doesn't show in the player hub, that's an issue quite a few people have reported on here. Might take some time for that to get resolved though. I don't see how such a small issue could be top priority.
