Stability and Login Issues

Hey All,

I would like to address many of the concerns that players have had over the past few weeks regarding stability and the ability to login. We are very aware that some players are having difficulty getting in the game, and that disconnects are happening frequently. Over the past few weeks, we have been doing everything possible to try and figure out what is causing these issues, and as such have been placing logging in the game to help track down the problem.

Just this past week, we have narrowed down the issue, and believe that we have a solution to be put in place as soon as possible. Once we are able to get this resolved, the disconnects and login issues should be fixed. Rest assured that this is our TOP priority, and that getting everyone in the game to enjoy is everything we are working towards right now.

I absolutely realize that this has been a frustrating time for some players, and I completely understand that sentiment. The development team is doing everything in their power to get you guys a stable and enjoyable game that we know you all love! We appreciate every ounce of patience that you have shown over these past few weeks, and we will get this FIXED as quickly as possible, rest assured.

I will keep you all updated as much as possible when we have progress and downtime to fix this issue. Thank you again!

after getting booted 100 times since the mm patch went live , this is a welcomed update. thank you.
