Connection timing out...

IDK why but here lately every half hour or so i get randonly booted off the game back too the character select. its happening over a dozen times a day, and if im in a co op mission or pvp match or half way through a mission i have too restart. Im getting really PO'ed. This happening too anyone els?

Oh yea it gets irritating.. sometimes it'll just stay at the loading screen for hours till i manually restart my ps3..
