Xbox 360 NA only EMPTY worlds

For the last hour I've been trying to play but the EMPTY WORLD bug is out in full force. You know the one where you can only spawn your vehicle where you enter the world, there are no enemies but events still display on the map. Where you can leave the Mark of the Defiant but it doesn't count. Where you can claim your Patron box, get a boost, and not be able to use it.

And I'm not alone, other players are there when I login, some seeing "nothing" for the first time, some parked in frustration.

From a programming standpoint the fact that this can happen makes no sense.

From a player standpoint it is infuriating.

Fifteen logins, one exit to dashboard, one box reset, still the same thing. How is this possible, and is there anyone at the wheel who can fix it?

yup. just tried to get in. no vendors. tried twice. couldn't stay in for more that a minute. ******* it trion. get your **** together!

Login on Eu server then switch back to na server
That normally fixes it for me

Finally got in, ran around for 2 hours waiting on an MM Major to spawn so I could get my daily. Then crit. Last 10 logins I've critted within a minute or two without even leaving spawn area. So frustrating. Can't even sit around not get an MM Major at this point.

If I don't get today's that'll be 4 this paying patron has missed because of the slow spawn rates.

I'm not a shard jumper, no one should have to be to get a DAILY contract.

Problems all night staying in phase. I load in ok but fast traveling takes me out of phase again and porting to a friend/group mate doesn't fix anything. Keys are maxed and I spent the last 10 minutes trying to port somewhere to spend them.

My last post before logging off this morning was basically saying the same thing.
I then jumped on the ps3 for an hour and had a great time.
I'd swear this issue is down to a fix where they don't want us jumping to each other in order to farm events.
