I linked my account using the console code given the day after release (servers were down), yet my account still hasn't updated and I don't have my EGO rewards. Worse yet, I go to the website and it still says I haven't created a new character.
Any ideas?
I have unlinked and re-linked twice too.
yeh go to the in game store and you should see your ego rewards available to redeem
The in-game store? You mean the vendors or somewhere else?
No dummy, press start, hold L, spin the wheel to "Defiance Store", press A, and on the lower left of your screen you should see "Claim Items". Scroll down to it and press A. Boom, double boom, now you can claim your gear.

However on the website, it still says I have no character lol, but it doesn't affect me in-game.
I am having a similar problem. I plan on attempting to contact support about it tomorrow as I don't have to work. Basically I linked my account, it says it's linked on the website, but when I go to the Defiance Store in game and go to Claim Rewards.. well, there is nothing to claim.
My account on the website doesnt show up either. It says im linkred but no stats come up.
