Like seriously... is that small map all we get to play with???

16 hours in myself, nowhere near exploring it all, main mission is not complete, unsure about episode mission. Presently, no side missions done.

I've been playing and enjoying this game, but the lack of content is starting to show...

Enjoying the game? But feel like you've been robbed? I am going to go on a positive here to say that you've enjoyed the game to which you are now approaching an 'end' per se and wish there was more.

ark missions are boring, its the same old thing.. over and over again, and they pop up pretty much constantly so the "excitment" soon goes out of it..

Optional and distractions. Much like the majority of the game to be honest. What you log on to do to have fun, is all up to you. If your not having fun, don't log on. Have a break, play something else. Come back to it later.

Map is tiny.. with greyed out area's meaning, " we put more in the game but.. were going to make you wait and most likley pay to get there "

5000 skill cap from launch, yet there is no where near enough content for you to get that high unless you have litrally no life and like to do the same pointless non rewarding repetative tasks over and over again.

Its not about having a life or not having a life, people will make their own fun. I play with friends. We pick something to do and we all go and have fun whilst talking on skype or vent. Its a nice way to relax after a grueling days work.

pvp is sub parr, if I wana pvp I'd play a better game tbh thats more skill based and not luck spam based.

Can't comment, not played it yet. I am not sure how it can be spam based as its not a tag target combat. I'll try it and see.

there is no sense to progression, ego points barley do anything, new gear is pretty much the same as your old gear, I'm ego 900 atm and still using some weapons I got at start of the game because nothing else I see seems better.

I take complaint to this, for if you are using early gear then you are crippling yourself needlessly and in addition crippling the people you play with. I am getting so many goodies to play about with I am having trouble keeping up. Moving things into a second load out now just to make myself more diverse with a BMG build.

This new content needs to be out now.. and by new content, I dont want like 1 mission tied to the tv show..

Because you are done with the content does not mean others are. Just go and do something else and come back to the game when you want to play again. It IS after all one of the blessings of a Buy to Play game. The new content when it comes will be wonderful as I would like to continue the adventures of the Nolan's but its not what I am playing the game for.

You do 'care' because you made a topic on the matter. Indifference means you would of shrugged your shoulders and put the game down and done something else. All games are 'skill based' you have to have 'skill' to do the content. The games job is to appropriately groom you to the intended skill level through it's mechanics. If you are better than most at FPS or TPS games then great, you have a head start on most but I don't think your expectations is worthy of a sneer at the game because you are now getting bored.

In conclusion...

No, you have not be robbed. Don't be so bloody absurd! I would have to ask you, how much time have you presently invested into the game? It sounds like that you have placed a good few hours into it, which my your own admission 'enjoying'. So how can you feel robbed?

I played Tomb Raider, which was a great game but lasted me 11 hours. I played Bioshock, another great game but lasted me 8 hours. Not once did I regret the purchase for the enjoyment that the games brought me. So far, I have sunk about 16 hours into this game, to which I still have a LOT more to do, only being EGO 172 myself.

This game, for I have enjoyed my time on it thus far has provided me FAR better value that in comparison to other games I have bought. If this game had a subscription model to it, I could 'potentially' understand your complaint if you had done the content of the game before one month had ended, but it doesn't have a sub model in place. It is just Buy to play.

So please, logically explain to me why you feel cheated by this game in contrast to other games that you buy and play. Unless, you don't buy other games or you feel cheated by all games??

To be honest I am having a hard time trying to work out if you a trolling or you honestly feel that you have some sort of entitlement to a complaint? I honestly to god don't know considering the inane reasoning behind your arguments.


Finally...

In honest, it sounds like you enjoy this game but are saddened there is not more for you to do. For this mentality its a 'killer as the game will lose its community all to quickly. But for buy to play games the community is flexible. You will have those that play to the end and then leave after the content is done. You will have the die hard fans which play regardless and you have people that like to hop on and hop off and have fun wherever they can.

So, take a break!!! Come back after April 30th which is when the first episode is out on SyFy and you might find that you are having fun again.
