Gun Reload Glitch [PS3]

Ok, I starting today (April 7th +9:00) I've been having a glitch that will not let me reload correctly. My character will go through the animation of reloading a magazine and show that ammo is in the clip however once the animation is done the ammo will revert back to its previous amount. It's highly annoying in every aspect of the game. You're being bombarded by 10 raiders, you take out 2 and try to reload to take out the next one. BAM! Nope, you get lit up like a Christmas tree because you can't defend yourself.

It's most certainly not PS3 exclusive. We're having the same issue on the PC. Not to mention that it depletes your stored ammo pool rather fast. Had to reload my pistol 4 times in a row while under fire. Lost me 30 shots, that.
