He shoots nim with the yellow eyes glowing. I bet he is doing the arc cores bidding which in turn will end up being its original mission to teraform earth in the shape of votan.

I was wondering the same thing when I beat the game. This outta be interesting especially if it gives us a new enemy type of those afflicted by the ark.
