Player Hub is not working?

Hello all,

I linked my account with my xbox and created a player and have quite a bit of playtime in now, and also started a clan. However when i go to the player hub on the PC it doesn't show anything for my account. What gives? This is the message it gives me. "START YOUR MISSION, CREATE A CHARACTER
Once you create a character and begin your journey as an Ark Hunter, performance statistics for you and your clanmates will be displayed here." I have done all of this....

It's an issue reported by many people. No official info that I've seen, but there are other bugs that should have priority over this regardless. I'm sure they're aware of it.
