Strange, because I get all of my bonuses for every character I make.

I got my XP Boost and such, didn't get the titles or anything else with my other chars.

Then your game must be broken, lol. Every character I make gets the car, the preorder weapon, the armor, rocket launcher, additional outfit, the slot spaces, titles, everything...so it may just be your game.
