No, bisexual focuses on male and female. That's it. Pansexuality looks at more than that. It is a person attracted to someone for whom they are, regardless of their gender identity. Hope that makes a bit more sense, if not..you may have to read on it, lol.

The way I understand it, pansexuality basically looks at personality first and genitals last, and would include in equal liklihood of being attracted to people with non-binary gender identity as well as people with unconventional genital presentations or conditions, whereas bisexuality is linked very much to binary gender and sex presentation.

In short, if you are pansexual, then nothing physical is likely to be a deal breaker. It all comes down to personality.
