Get at least a quad core processor. If you get an Intel one then just get the i5. You can get the i7 if you don't mind spending a little extra.

For RAM, 6GB should be fine. 8GB would be a little better.

Hard drive space is up to you. However much you think you'll need.

For a graphics card it depends on which brand you get. For Nvidia it would be best to stick with GTX series 580 and above. For AMD go with HD 7850 and above or a higher HD 6000 series.

But in all honesty, unless you're wanting to crank out Skyrim on 3 monitors in sparkling HD, a computer from Bestbuy will probably do the trick. And if need be you could upgrade a few parts.
