If you don't mind spending a small amount of bits one of the Season 3 Code Boxes has an Epic Omec Stun Rod in it.
Ok I signed in just to double check this and it's not conflicts in silicon valley its the 7th Legion incursions.
I've had loads of blue and epic Amakuni blades from these.
The pursuit one is from the Chimera and the Blades called the Chimera Fang and you have to complete the Snake Bite II pursuits to get it.
By the way for the blades from the incursions you just have to tag an incursion to get a reward but I've never had an oj blade from them.
The only oj Amakuni I got was from a 7th legion supply crate and I don't know if the new crates will have them.
The fang is the only blade I've got that isn't red locked but unfortunately you don't get the option to supreme it

Yes you can use Microsoft points to buy bits but you need enough points to cover the cost of the bits.
Just to let you know that even though the odds are better in the bits store than in game it's still a high risk when buying boxes.
The only assured purchase is if buying bundles.
Edit. Sorry if that seemed misleading you will get the things from the season 3 boxes.
I ment crates as in weapons and mods and even rigs/chips.
DLCs are very cheap. If you think they're expensive, take a look at the augmented bundle.
