Have you disabled items in the Legend on the map? If you haven't use Fast Travel to get back to "civilization" or else set a waypoint on the mission you're trying to get to. Defiance's GPS is awful (it'll steer you into water, impassable terrain, etc.) but you'll at least see a marker on the horizon to drive toward. On a controller you move to the spot you want and press X on 360 (Square on PS3), don't know what the keyboard key is.

Press X or A, or right click when you open your map and you can set a waypoint. Or just select a vendor area and teleport there if you have them discovered.

It's funny when you 1st start the world seems so big. After awhile you realize it's small.

Yeah, a common complaint throughout the Season Pass roll-out was no new areas. Of course we got the lousy Silicon Valley with its broken Threat Levels, but in the end the 200 players per shard limitation means any more land and it'll seem even emptier when you're not at a major event. Really wish they could bump the number of players per shard but I'm guessing all 500 would still show up at a major and that'd be a problem lol
