Upcoming big patch, any sneak peak to notes?

Unless they change the whole world as the tv-show goes on i see no reason to "delete" the "old" episode missions. New charters could gain nice rewards as the first one offered a nice AR from the last mission.
I would imagine you'd have to complete the "old ones" before you can move on in the episodes. Also some ppl may not be able to play for quite some time and might miss out on nice missions and rewards if the older episodes are not aviable later.

I actually hope for an auction house to be implemented at some point. Think of it this way: what's a better community builder- selling mods that you can't use or don't need back to the vendor, or putting that nifty mod up in an auction house for people to bid on with scrip?

Remember folks.. it's not just about weapons.. but also mods as well. Hey.. say I drop an orange double barrel shotgun.. and I don't like double barrels.. I can put it up on the auction house and make good scrip off it from someone who does, without having to worry about tracking them down in game. Seems like a win-win to me..

However.. I will say this.. fix text chat FIRST!

Tbh I am gradually losing interest in the game with this poor chat system. It just doesn't feel like an mmo. I really hope there are major changes in this patch.

I would love for an auction house. But more than that a place to store stuff that's not my inventory. There are all kinds of goodies to be had in this game, but at the moment, I only have 3 loadouts. And even though I might not see the need to have a sniper that have a bio element and a sniper that has a fire element, I'd like to be able to hold on to them for some undetermined future use without cluttering my inventory and maybe having to sacrifice other cool stuff simply because I don't have room.

And one more thought, not sure I should even be posting it here, I really really really hope there will be some kind of crafting system like a previous poster mentioned. It doesn't have to be anything game changing, but I personally would think it cool if I could make my own skins for my guns or change their colors or maybe add some kind of design or logo. And not just to weapons but the vehicles too. Or maybe something could be done with outfits, maybe let the players make their own or at the very least have an option to change the colors or patterns of the ones they have.

While this game has its issues, im very impressed the way devs seem to address those and even take part in the conversation every now and then...

Anyway, around 14-15th there should be a quite large patch, it has been said to have EIGHT pages of notes... Soo... GIMME SOME!

Some highlights please, might also ease the whining on some issues and spark up some conversation on the others.

Untill we get any offical news, lets atleast compile what we have so far. Now, go forth my minions and find m... Erm... Us, some usefull meaty details.

All they will be doing is adding one mission and fixing the server crash....There bag of glitches/bugs are as big as Santas Toy Sack during Christmas time! IMAGINE THAT!

Ive seen bugs yes but NONE have been gamebreaking. Worst was a not progressing mission that was solved with coming back later and broken instace i later completed with a new team.
Consoles are said to be worse but while ive seen better, i have seen MUCH worse. For launching game, Defiance actually quite good. Content is still lacking but soon to be fixed.

I somewhat regret not playing the PS3 beta more, once i got my hands on the PC version, time went a bit too fast But paying another 60 just to test out the PS3 version, not me. Was hoping they had a 1-hour play thing with PSplus, would have been nice.

But i agree, as launch it was a very solid launch, cant say that about many games, even the AAA titles (PS3 BF3 was a nightmare).
