On a different point i have a couple questions:

2nd) How do wep mods happen---- I have 20k Materials ( Green coins...idk what there called but i guess they help you mod your wep) soooo basicly i have no idea how to add mods how many u can add and what you neeed!!!

I'm pretty sure they are linked to main mission as well. When you complete a part of the main mission they often unlock. I'm level 500 ish and I am just to the Golden Gate Bridge and have unlocked all 7 of the coop maps.
You definitely unlock at 400 and 500 as I remember it happening. I just think there are some linked to main missions as they are set in areas you don't see until you progress the main missions a bit.

Coop maps are unlocked by following the main missions, you get one or two per chapter/area

Modifying weapons can be difficult at first, but it's really quite easy once you get the basics of how the Salvage Matrix really works. Adding mods to your weapon costs Resources (green) - The amount of resources depends on the weapon as well as the mod you wish to add to it. You can only have up to 4 mods per gun, but that doesn't mean 4 mod slots are unlocked for that gun. Yes, you will notice next to the name of the weapon are either 4 dashes (locked mod slots), or a few dashes and a few rectangles (unlocked slots), or you might get lucky and have all four unlocked slots! To unlock a slot, just select the weapon in the Salvage Matrix (the weapon CANNOT be equipped in any of your loadouts to add a slot, remove a mod, or retrieve mods), and choose one of the following options you wish to use. Now each mod has a specific category, let's look at that right now:

[]--- << This slot represents the stock of the weapon.
-[]-- << This slot represents the Barrel of the weapon.
--[]- << This slot represents the Mag/Clip of the weapon.
---[] << This slot represents the scope of the weapon.

When you look in the various vendors, you will notice what each type of mod represents. So you take that and you look at the gun that you need or want mods for, you can then determine whether or not that gun needs a mod slot opened or not.

Remember to be careful what mods you add to what weapons.. it can either benefit you, or hinder you.

I'm sure there are more advanced tutorials on the Salvage Matrix out there, so just look around on the forums <3
