Exactly. Also there's this thing called photoshop which would easily allow something like that to be editet into a picture.

I could read the line that said you have received extermination protocol in orange. I have a clanmate/friend this happened to with a piper. He dc'ed at the reward screen after seeing dc 11 and never got the gun. He never was able to have them give it back either. Sucks mosky, i wont get any jp either so i guess we are in the same boat if we follow my drop from rolling blackout, only pulled 2 oj guns from majors.

Since customer support isn't answering me I'll put this here. After doing a 99 Problems major arkfall I saw that I had gotten a Extermination Protocol on my reward screen. I went and checked my chat log to take a picture of it saying I got it no big deal. Soon after I take the picture I get a critical error on my screen. I didn't think much of it since it happens a lot only to fully get back into the game and find out my Protocol is completely gone and replaced by a random blue gun. I submitted a ticket on this with no response so I figured I'd post it here and hope a dev sees this or something.
