Help! Arkfall 0 Damage Bug

Hey, I really need some help guys. If I start a major arkfall when it first drops I usually can do around 500k damage. But yesterday I noticed that anytime I did an minor/major arkfall and I actually placed in the top 20, I always did 0 damage though I fought through the whole thing... On the leaderboard I get like 70 kills some revives yet 0 damage. Even though I get the arkfall xp, I miss out on the main boss xp which can be quite a lot. I really want to know how to fix this so I don't get cheated out of this xp. Also wondering if anyone else has this problem.

It's been reported as happening to others players, across all platforms. I would assume Trion is aware of it and will do what they can about it. Aside from that, there isn't much that this particular forum can do to help.

Ok as long as it's not just me, and they are working on it. Just hope they can fix it soon.

Actually this happened to me as well but it got fixed somehow. What I did: If you see an arkfall on the map, just go there and kill one enemy and leave the arkfall. At the end you'll receive the regular rewards. Try to do do that with as many arkfalls as possible and it should get fixed soon - atleast it worked out for me.

I was having the same issue, but I found a fix for myself atleast. I removed cluster grenades and any weapons I had maxed and now my damage is showing again!

It has something to do with the detonators... or one of the launchers. I switched to two normal weapons in my loadout and the problem was fixed.

I never use detonators and yet I have the problem. The problem persisted from me using just MG's; no grenades or other wpns. I even thought maybe it was from dying - nope, getting ammo on major boss at red circle border - nope.
I have the problem with Arkfall and Co-Op maps.

today and had 90 kills, and 8 revives, and still nothing. Also had it happen in co-op. I've only been using LMG's, no detonators

Cluster grenades. Don't use cluster grenades. Toss frag ones instead...
