Time for another EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE... err reboot

Time for another server restart. Many clan members can not login, if you attempt to GO TO FRIEND, or if you port, you do nothing for 2-3 mins and then port, then loading... then you are out and can not get back on...

I'm straight up unable to connect on PC as well. Though I'm just now trying to log on. Keep getting a Connection Timed out error or Servers unavailable.
