Yes, it's a new MMO, but after a new MMO Launch there needs to be a Tech Support Team in Place 24-7 until MAJOR issues like this are resolved to quickly implement fixes. I haven't seen this with defiance thus far, as I've been unable to connect for 48 hours now.
We understand there'll be wrinkles and problems with every game on release, but a problem of this magnitude needs to be resolved, quickly, especially after extensive beta testing!
