Was Caught in a loading loop, Quit game. Now Can't even Play

As the title states. Was playing for about 10 minutes until I tried to Fast travel. Lag and didn't respond the fast travel till about a min 30 after I chose my destination. After that I was caught in a Loading loop for about 5mins at which point I just hit my ps button and quit my game. Restarted my game and now I can choose my file, but as soon as I do it tells me I've timed out. Been trying several times since writing up this post, but I keep getting the same results. To which this point Im stuck and can't play.
Turned off my ps3 and now can't even get past patch notes.... Holy hell I just want to play!

Had this happen to me before (on PC version). Took around an hour for the server to realize I had actually disconnected; I assume your "ghost" is preventing you from connecting. It's a known issue according to the CS ticket I submitted.
