When I look at you initial announcement of the new shields, harmony has cap of 24775, when I saw e6000 harmony in game it has a cap of 20k+, what happened?.

the 20k cap of harmony is for the respark shield which harmony is.

How do I get the synergy to work on shield?
you have to have a chaos or order in your loadout for the syn to work
