does this sound like to you guys that they are doing a rolling restart like we might losse are tunes? cuz when i here rolling restart means bad for us or am i wrong

We will be performing rolling restarts on our North American servers for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. Downtime will be minimal.

for a company that does mmos this is pretty sad i played wow and ddo at launch. srsly not normal for mmos. nowhere near the downtime....
