I would just be happy if they would tell us in chat that the servers were going to be restarted.

Here's a novel thought... perhaps and in-game notification would be nice? You know, if it's not to much trouble....

There was an ingame notification. It's just that the chat box is so amazingly small for only one line of text that it got missed by most people.

Stop trolling and the BS. Wow was down for almost a week after launch.

Hate to break it to you! That was 2004 and the amount of MMO's here in the west could be counted on one single hand!

We live in 2013 now and the entire MMO market is oversaturated! People are not going to stick around for long, when servers keep crashing and People losing progress of 2+ hours!

There are other, better games out there to go back to if we'd like. Unlike back in 2004.

They should just have a regularly scheduled restart until the game stabilizes so we can plan around those times.

Theoretically a very good idea, but I wouldn't recommend it. In reality problems being found yields possibilities of fixes early on. And these reboots don't appear planned anyways. They look more like load failures, so rebooting regularly, in reality, would be less likely to help

They did.....But with this chat box ( or lack of it) it would be easy to miss...

i see a lot of people complaining about wanting an in game notice that the servers are going to restart. I saw it in game. It said so about 15 mins before.

If you blink you miss it. I certainly am not monitoring chat when I'm running around in a firefight. The notice needs to be a lot more obvious and there needs to be more than just one notice 15 mins ahead of time. Pretty much every game I've ever played gives several notices and they make sure they are very obvious.

I saw a warning like 10-15minutes prior on PC. Problem could be people disable voice and never see chat. So might want to make a big pop up in the middle of screen and the chat box notice.

Fix chat >.> ....

I also haven't seen any rollbacks YET but if I do I'd be pissed too.
