When I did an Arkfall with where we had to destroy the crystals, and it was a raider arkfall. My ego lady kept saying there is an advanced weapon near by that would help destroy the crystal. I looked all over and did not see any loot or any other thing near by. What is she talking about????

Yeah but its a mad rush for the weapon when it drops. Just shooting the crystal seem to work well.
randomlly doing a "Revolting Hellbugs" arkfall and just outside was one of those miniguns that was the fastest arkfall ever
That would have been fun to see. I'd like to get one of those shielded "pounder" things during one of those "destroy the crystal" arkfalls. The image of someone standing next to the crystal punching it over and over makes me giggle.
If at first you don't succeed, reload and shoot again.--advice from a crazy but much-loved uncle.
I've done a Raider Arkfall where those melee weapons drop as the advanced weapon, you only get 3 hits at the crystal each time with it though.
That's if a noob doesn't grab it first and waste it lol
