go to the ingame store, bottom left, look for unlocks for those codes to activate
NVM just checked i have 42 so im guessing its every 100 levels
i got +8 slot at 250 Ego and another 8 slot at 500.
im not 750 Ego yet .. but i guess you get 8slot evry 250 or something.

I'm at early 40's inventory at ego 524 iirc, can't say while not in game but know i'm in 40's. I also did all the Arkfall codes too, but haven't purchased any slots.
I haven't been getting my EGO Rating inventory unlocks, either. I'm at 1020 now and I have a friend who's at 700 something and has more than I do. We both have the same pre-order, arkfall codes, and Steam rewards bonuses and neither of us have purchased any from the store.
The only ones I seem to be getting are from reaching a certain point in the story....unless the EGO Rating level up notifications are showing false information. Every other level has been showing +8s and +12s for a while now, but I never get it.
