PC here as well. Just like the feel when playing and it seems to be option friendly PC wise because you are not stuck to 5-10 button controller options. Just personal preference here.

Should be able to play on my pc, with 8 cores @3.2, DDR3 and XDRam, nvidia gfx.. with a whopping ~2 tflops of power...

    Oh wait.. that's a ps3...

Lol.. mind you. Many games are actually CPU intensive, especially in the MMO genres. The only thing preventing you from playing pc games on a ps3 is the use of the default OS. Hell, on my launch series model I run linux, and other than finding updates for the emulation, it plays even WoW just fine.

Also.. console does not mean no keyboard guys.. been using keyboard/mouse on consoles since ps2...

While the ram and gfx may have little to be desired by today's standards, the proc is plenty powerfully, enough so that both the heavy hitters have followed suite for a few years now, getting closer to the benchmark set by the cell.

Either way, under trions care this game will do fine.

I plan on playing PC. However the majority of FPS games I have played have been on console. I actually prefer it - so this will be a first.

I don't own any now, I sold my xbox but still have a 60 gig HD in the event I ever buy one again.. But even if I still had one I would be playing on PC because I prefer it for MMOs and in general, any game that I play more than casually will always be PC. Not because I couldn't set up a console to do the same but because I feel more comfortable and I feel more savvy with a PC in the event I need to deal with any technical problems.

By the time Defiance comes out I will probably upgrade my machine or at least, be in the works for building my next. This thing has done really well for me for the past several years and is still decent but I'm starting to hit a point where I need something beefier or where I'm concerned that it's been enough time that things that aren't quite as replaceable may fail me and leave me stranded.

New to MMO gaming so PC is what I have & what I intend to use. Think I might have to upgrade though.

JellyBean I hate to bust your bubble but you come home only to jump onto another computer hooked up to a bigger screen. So yep your still spending allll day in front of a computer. Don't worry soon we'll just be plugged into the computer all day or run a game in our mind like Playstation 9.
I can't fit a couch and coffee table in my office lol but check out Google's smart glasses that display stuff in front of your face. The future IS COMING
