Bug, it does that for all vehicles.

I assume its just a visual glitch but it could also just be something like 0.8 who knows. I just got a +4 boost I believe for level like 12
once you get to level 21 skill in rollers ( maybe all vehicles? ) it bugs outs to level 39 then your skill resets to 9 after log out.

I'm more intrigues by the "XP Mult" I'm getting. What's that all about? Sounds like an XP Multiplier. But what does the +5 signify? Certainly I'm not getting 5x normal XP. I think I'd notice that.
Yes, it's very odd that they say "mult", but use the "+" sign. One would think it would say something like "x0.05 mult".
