Where do I go to report possible bugs

Hello all,recently I encountered what -seems- to be a bug doing the mission
Season 2: Defiant Pursuit
After following the map my objective is to speak to the foreman...this is where the bug occurs.
I can see the foreman in the distance but as I approach he and another npc who are walking back and fourth simply vanish when I get too close.I tried canceling the mission and restarting as well as powering down my console and rebooting.All don't work...eventually some kind of event occurred and I had to complete that to talk to the foreman.As you can imagine even after that the foreman remains invisible.
I looked around a bit but don't really see a bug report section...Is there anyone I can contact about this?

Also this isn't really a bug, it is related to the event that spawns there from time to time. You just have to come back after the event is over.

Starting a duel there with no active arkfalls will let you interact with the foreman as long as the mission is active.
