Jackleg Joe Bugged?

Is the boss Jackleg Joe supposed to have instant refill of shields? everytime i hit him, it goes down a small bit and then instantly fills up.

Was he the dude on top of the furnace that you had to break the tanks of the little flamers to get them to explode to drop his shield so you can shoot him in teh head for 10 seconds fight guy?

I did the part where i make smelters go into the furnace to explode. After i bring him down to around 35% hp he jumps down from the ledge and chases me. When i hit him with any form of weapon, it just replenishes as soon as i hit him

That's going to be annoying. I had to quit in the middle of the fight yesterday to go to work.Been trying to login today to see the result. lol

Isnt his shield to move each time i hit him with a bullet? It doesnt go down AT ALL :I

He shouldnt have shields anymore when he jumps down, if he did I would say you were bugged and will have to redo it
