Sorry if im posting this in the wrong area. I purchased the Gold Edition bundle but I believe it went to my pc instead of my xbox. I installed pc under the same xbox email/trion account but never created my player or played. I really want to enjoy my bundle tonight. I ve already submitted a ticket but we all know that it takes forever for a reply. How can I unlink my pc? If I unlink it, will my bundle go to my xbox? Please help! Thank you!

Did you buy it in the XBox marketplace or from the website? That would be an indicator right there.

from the website !! ive purchased a dlc from the store before & was able to use it on xbox ! ive never played on pc !

I am pretty sure the DLC isn't meant to work across platforms. Even account-wide doesn't translate that way. Like if I buy a patron on PS3, I won't also have it on my PC account (at least I don't think I would). If you bought it on the website, it would apply it to your PC account, regardless if you have a character on there or not. It is linked to your email address, yes, but that doesn't mean their system automatically knows to unlock it on your XBL account. So unlinking won't do anything. You would have to submit a request to support but I don't know if they will fix it or refund it.

Sorry but from what you said in the op I thought you played on pc as well as xbx.
If you want the dlc bundle on the xbx you'll have to buy it from the xbx market place.
Support may refund your purchase for the pc version but I wouldn't hold my breath.

When you start up your xbx and load the game.
Go to the settings in game and get the last link code, it will also give you the link address where to enter it.

I believe that is the link I gave you earlier.
