The trouble is they haven't played on pc before or want to from what I gather.
They've accidentally bought the dlc bundle from the glyph site thinking it would go to their xbx account.

As with everything else withTrion most everything is so vague or has so little information things like this occur.

Sorry but from what you said in the op I thought you played on pc as well as xbx.
If you want the dlc bundle on the xbx you'll have to buy it from the xbx market place.
Support may refund your purchase for the pc version but I wouldn't hold my breath.

When you start up your xbx and load the game.
Go to the settings in game and get the last link code, it will also give you the link address where to enter it.

I believe that is the link I gave you earlier.

I am pretty sure the DLC isn't meant to work across platforms. Even account-wide doesn't translate that way. Like if I buy a patron on PS3, I won't also have it on my PC account (at least I don't think I would). If you bought it on the website, it would apply it to your PC account, regardless if you have a character on there or not. It is linked to your email address, yes, but that doesn't mean their system automatically knows to unlock it on your XBL account. So unlinking won't do anything. You would have to submit a request to support but I don't know if they will fix it or refund it.
