Can't pick up ammo, can't switch weapons, can't modify loadout screen. Sent in support ticket to no avail. Feels good man.
EDIT: I just found out I cannot do competitive matchmaking either, as once I get into a game, it does not let me spawn or leave without exiting to the dashboard. I will not stop bumping this thread until I have an answer, as I am completely unable to play.

Make an alt for a while. Play with some different weapons than the ones that are your favorites. It will get taken care of as soon as they can get to you... nothing you are doing here will speed up the process. You do not just magically get preference over other players with issues, even though you'll try to claim you do deserve it.
On top of the fact they process their tickets in order rather than on some kind of priority system, yours is a BIG problem and might take MORE to fix than just a few button presses. You might have discovered a HUGE bug in their system and they're in a hurry to fix the bug to prevent MORE people having it than just fixing yours.
There are all kinds of reasons why you should just be patient and find some other way to spend your time for a little while. Ultimately its up to you how you want to do that, and while I empathize with your issue I feel sorry if you can't get past it and wait it out, because you have no choice.
