    Had 1st arkfall

    Had 1st arkfall last night kinda cool...... also had something call mutans vs. something right after that. Question, best way to take down a mutant launcher & like 10 guys with him??? Only way I got by it yesterday was someone else was finally at the same point with me.

    My saw with quick bursts seems to turn those guys into jelly. Also when going against grenade launchers, remember to double tap "B" to roll, esp if you can do it to get behind/ come out of cover. I've noticed that in TOSs, the cross hairs can be clear of cover, but when you fire, you are just shooting the cover...

    Don't know how many people were around but having people with close range weapons like shotguns kite the big guys while someone with a sniper rifle stays back and headshots them usually seems like a good tactic. And like was mentioned, rolling helps get out of the way of the launchers.

    Dot the rocket launchers and get away cause they are a pain.

    High rate of fire Assault rifle with good overcharge perks turns the big guys into jelly at point blank range, just have to circle strafe the guy, and watch out for aoe knockbacks.

    I have a Electric pulser and a flash grenade that stuns so you can work on individual targets

    Outside in.

    In that I mean Scout the area first. Look for vantage points, cover positions, enemy positions/patrols and enemy types. Prioritize enemy threat. If going solo I like to have at least one loadout with a sniper rifle and an lmg (scoped if you can help it/adjust to the kick) backed by an AoE type of grenade (don't be shy about the bio goo grenades as impairing enemy movement can save you if you need to find cover quickly). Line of sight is pretty decent in this game so you can make your initial attack from about 110m away (that's the furthest I've been with still being able to register/see an enemy to hit him). Pick off the lone patrols first as you can drop these enemies without alerting the camp. When it comes time to make the attack that will alert the camp, heavy damage dealers get priority (in your case it would have been the guy with the rocket launcher). Have to be quick and SURE with that first shot, but you should be able to drop him with one shot. When he hits the dirt, the others will charge you. Cover your dash to cover with a bio grenade to slow down the enemy advance and mop them up from behind cover.
