I have found the first and third Echo recorders and just need to kill him in under 5 minutes and find the second recorder.

I've been told 2 things a out the 2nd recorder:
Its by a canister
Its at the first island you get too.

Does this mean when you get to the driving/vehicle part? And you hit the first big island area past all the raiders on the way?

Also is their a world chat that I can use to find people who share my interest in killing him?

And also could someone elaborate on the 2nd echo recorder if its not to much? Greatly appreciate it!
